rough bedding unhelpful staff
the location was acceptable. it was near some shops.
The room i had wasn't great. The bedding felt rough. there were too many steps, a real hassle with luggage. i didn't find the staff particularly helpful because they barely spoke english.

i found the cave room design blended well with modern amenities it was spacious and clean i also enjoyed a variety of options at breakfast especially local dishes served on the terrace i used the hotel's tour arrangements to explore nearby attractions this made sightseeing simple and convenient the staff were helpful in arranging excursions and transportation to the airport.
the air conditioning made some noise during the night this slightly disturbed my sleep.

The hotel provides quick responses on WhatsApp. Reminders for tours were also sent. Their sister hotel is nearby. It is possible to view the balloons from their terrace. The staff assisted with luggage storage after check-out.
The selection on the breakfast menu was somewhat limited, though the quality was good.
