The front desk arranged the airport transfer. They also booked a hot air balloon ride and a private driver. All services were easy and quick. The prices were reasonable. I did appreciate that. The breakfast options were varied. I found sweet and savory choices.

The bed was old, and the bedsheets did not fit well! The air con was broken. It was leaking at times. The shower knobs were a bit broken. I asked the staff for help. I didn't find an iron.

I appreciated the assistance with tours and transportation. The staff showed such genuine warmth, almost like family. My cave room provided a unique experience I'll always remember. Waking up to panoramic views of the area each morning was amazing.

There were many steps to climb because of the hotel location on a hill. This requires planning.

friendly staff turkish breakfast clean hotel helpful staff

the staff were super friendly plus helpful! the turkish breakfast had cheeses plus homemade jams, i loved it. the hotel kept super clean, i noticed this immediately.

the shower knobs seemed a bit broken, it was tricky using them!
