the location is amazing. it is a short walk to key attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful. they assisted me with local tips and directions. i appreciated their prompt responses to my inquiries.

helpful staff fresh pastries

I found the staff helpful. They kindly upgraded my room upon arrival! The location is central with easy access to shops and restaurants. Breakfast had good variety. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries.

The pool loungers needed some maintenance. Many had cracks. This was a safety hazard! I wish they could address it promptly.

the room lacked proper ventilation and consistently smelled stale. staff seemed indifferent to guest concerns. i reported a faulty light fixture but it was never addressed. this oversight. the breakfast was basic, with little variety offered daily.

i stayed in the balcony room. the views were amazing, especially of the hot air balloons! the staff went out of their way to assist me. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety.

GREAT experience

great location balloon ride airport transfer helpful staff

I REALLY appreciated that the hotel is NEAR the main road. IT made accessing restaurants and shops EASY. The staff helped ME book a hot air balloon ride. I also used the airport transfer service offered BY the hotel.

The pool wasn't cleaned daily. Leaves accumulated and were visible on the surface.

An Okay Stay with Some Issues

poor ventilation disruptive noise

The location was convenient enough.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom especially seemed to have been overlooked. The lack of air conditioning made the room stuffy, and I found it hard to sleep comfortably without better ventilation. the noise from other guests late at night was quite disruptive.
