Charming Cave Hotel Experience
My stay included a spacious room with amazing views from the terraces. Guest Relations were very attentive, and all processes felt seamless from arrival to departure. It was reassuring to see the manager personally ensuring every guest's comfort.
I found the breakfast selection could use some improvement. Some staff members seemed inattentive, which affected the service quality. I hope this feedback helps enhance the guest experience.

noise breakfast selection
The hotel is near the town's best viewpoint. We watched the hot air balloons every morning.
Rooms are nice but can be noisy. There is not much noise dampening.

Truly great experience
horseback riding tour delicious breakfast cash payment
The staff helped me book a sunset horseback riding tour. Riding through the valley, was very nice. They accept cash in euros for the activity if you book before noon. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues
rude staff limited breakfast
The room was spacious.
The breakfast selection needs improvement. It felt limited. More seriously, a staff member wearing glasses made rude comments about other guests during breakfast, apparently assuming no one understood Turkish. I found this unprofessional and upsetting. Loud conversations from cleaning staff outside my room also disturbed my rest one morning.

Luggage can be stored in the luggage room after checkout for your convenience. Are there any rooms available on the ground floor, or with minimal stairs for easy access?

Ground floor rooms are available, but please note that the breakfast area is located on the third floor. What is the curfew situation right now, and are tours and activities still operational?
