broken air conditioning sewage smell

the location was good i guess it was close to some stuff.

i had a small double room and it was pretty bad honestly the air conditioning barely worked it kept shutting off every twenty minutes or so i told them about it and they said someone would fix it but no one ever did. plus the bathroom smelled like sewage i asked them to do something about it but they just ignored me its like they didn't care.

i found the pool area fine with crystal clear water. it maintained a perfect temperature for swimming. the availability of comfortable loungers allowed for relaxation after excursions. breakfast offered a lot of variety with fresh ingredients.

during my stay, i noted the absence of daily complimentary water bottles.

mixed feelings about my stay

shuttle schedule uncleaned cups

I found some issues. the promised airport shuttle did not respect my schedule. I was told one time, but a different time occurred (i felt unheard). additionally, the housekeeping was lacking. the cups and spoons were not cleaned. This was surprising (i expect better).

i liked the pool. it had good balloon view early. mostly always, you can find vacant car parking spaces near. the people working were friendly and helpful.

breakfast was supposedly at 8:30 am. it was bit late some days. i wanted to hike early and grab some fuel.

Acceptable stay, issues need addressing

poor housekeeping limited water

The breakfast provided a generous start to the day.

The housekeeping service was not thorough. Used cups were not cleaned. complimentary water bottles were only provided on the check-in day, I consider it inadequate. i believe this policy needs revision for longer stays.
