Starting in 2024, this hotel is designed for adults, but welcomes families with children above the age of 12. Bay View Rooms are on the west side, with views of Agia Triada Beach and the surrounding landscape. Superior rooms on the east side, located on the top floors, feature an open sea view toward the green hills of Liapades village. Superior rooms on the west side, also on the top floors, offer sunset views of Alipa Harbor. Private Deck Sea View rooms are on the west side, with views of Agia Triada Beach and include outdoor space. Family rooms have two connected bedrooms and sea views. The Panorama Suite includes wooden floors, a king-size bed, a lounge area with a work desk, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub. Rooms include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a 15-inch laptop-sized safe, a mini-fridge, a flat LCD satellite TV, a shower, luxury bathroom items, slippers, beach/pool towels, and a hairdryer. Coffee and tea facilities are provided. Rooms on the cove side may experience late-night music from beach bars.
