inconsistent experience at this hotel
broken air conditioningrude staff
the air conditioning barely worked, even after i reported it. they gave me a floor fan. housekeeping kept turning the air con off until i complained, but a rude receptionist helped someone else first. also, i had to pay for water, despite the daily maintenance fee. this place isn't worth five stars.

the entrance was amazing the concierge handled my luggage with care. my bungalow had a private pool with a view of the sea i found it really good. the breakfast buffet offered a huge selection of delectable items. cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful making my stay seamless.
the hotel is near an airport some noise can be noticed.

the breakfast had some nice options and it was a decent way to start the day.
the rooms felt very outdated and not at all like what i expected from a hotel. the noise from the nearby airport was also disruptive , with planes taking off and landing frequently.

i enjoyed my stay. the restaurant staff greeted me warmly each day. i found the variety of dishes offered quite delicious. the hotel location provides convenient access to corfu town (it's about 15 minutes by bus). there is a bus stop right outside the hotel, which i found helpful.
i noticed that the air conditioning in my room was not as effective as i had hoped, but it wasn't a big issue.

my room included ample space and provided a sea view. the room featured two separate sinks. housekeeping ensured the room remained super clean. i had everything i needed daily.

The bus stop was right outside the hotel. It offered quick access to town. The bus arrived every twenty minutes. The staff spoke excellent English and were accommodating.
The shower did not work well. The shower head pointed at the wall. The beach sun-beds were not available. There was no coffee available at dinner.

i found the pool very clean it uses sea water and the sunbeds are comfortable. towels were provided daily from the spa. table service was available at the pool with very helpful staff. the lunch menu had something for everyone with generous portions.

the breakfast buffet had a huge selection of food i thought it was excellent. the dinner buffet was reasonably priced too. the puddings were especially delicious and there was a great variety to choose from each evening.
