underwhelming stay with issues
drain smell dated room
The bathroom had a consistently bad drain smell. It was strong even with the window open. lukewarm water came out of the shower at all times of the day and i was never able to get hot water. i also noticed that the room was a bit dated and needed some updating. these problems impacted my enjoyment

a relaxing experience.
this was my first time at the hotel. the food offered great variety. i also loved the tavernaki restaurant on the beachfront.
unfortunately, the hard beds affected our comfort. after mentioning this to the staff, they quickly added a topper to the bed. after this, we were able to sleep much more comfortably.

The bungalow had ample space for relaxation. it included a well maintained garden view. i found the room very comfortable. It fit the aesthetic of a greek holiday.

the hotel location features views across the bay to albania. the beach had olive trees, palm trees all around. the setting was fine, made the views even better.

The staff fulfilled all of our wishes. They were very dedicated. a guests services manager, alexandra bezhani, was always available to answer questions. she provided us with information about the best places to visit.

the buffet had a great variety of cultural diverse foods. the specialty restaurants prepared well prepared meals. ancient olive trees and palm trees surround the beach. this created a peace all around.

the food variety was not great i wanted more local dishes. our room's air conditioning made a terrible noise i could barely sleep. when i opened the windows, the noise from the air conditioners above was even worse i felt trapped.
