restful retreat

accessible space excellent staff dedicated team high quality food

i traveled with friends we found it easy to relax completely. the hotel caters well for wheelchair users all spaces are accessible. the staff is excellent and the entertainment team works hard. the food is consistently excellent i would rate it highly for a buffet style restaurant.

the main restaurant offers a wide variety of choices and the chefs prepare tasty meals. fresh fruit and beautiful pastries are available plus delicious varying salads are there. waitresses are cute and hardworking to.

the hotel has a large reception area with comfortable seating and a very efficient reception team. outside pools were lovely and the grounds were beautiful. there are areas available to walk down to the beach area and enjoy the sea and sun beds.

the room was at the front looking over the bay and in the distance the high mountains. the bed was very comfortable and the mini bar was stocked daily with sugar free drinks. it felt spacious and comfortable to me.

the hotel is located centrally on the island which makes it easy to reach any part within about an hour. it is close to the airport simplifying transfers. this proximity to key transit points is very convenient.

excellent food high standard alcohol small room sloppy cleaning

I traveled with friends. the hotel staff cares well for wheelchair users. All have disabilities. the food was consistently excellent for a buffet style restaurant. the alcohol was of a high standard though the speciality restaurants are a let down.

The hotel is a 4 star not 5 star. the room was small for 3 people. i found the cleaning sloppy. The floor was dirty after cleaning and one day they forgot to leave us clean towels.

an anniversary to CHERISH

comfortable bed private balcony excellent food

this hotel became our best all round stay. room 314, a superior room with sea view, felt METICULOUS. it had a super comfortable bed and private balcony with table and chairs. maria filled our free safe and fridge with water, soft drinks, and lager daily. the main restaurant food was excellent with a HUGE selection.

i would say this felt more like a 4 hotel than a 5. Wasps were many, which ruined the snack bar experience. we tried to avoid it as much as possible.

the room includes two separate sinks with ample counter space, ensuring a comfortable routine. A rainfall shower added a SPA-LIKE touch. Bed linens were soft, promising restful nights.

bitter cocktails sour cocktails

the food was excellent, with a huge selection. our plan to have a few meals out at local tavernas went out the window. we did not even need to bother with the speciality restaurants on site.

the drinks were some of the worst i have had unfortunately. i ended up ordering a diet coke most of the time because the rose wine was quite vinegary in taste. the cocktails are either so bitter or so sweet they are hard to stomach. even our welcome drink we were given on arrival, i could not drink it as it tasted like pure lemon juice.
