the breakfast was fantastic, actually cooked after you, and there was a great choice.

The toilet made a strange noise ALL night! the shower tray filled with water. pipes knocked throughout the night. It was NOT the restful experience i hoped for.

I appreciated the hotel's location right on the river. There were smaller rooms available to sit in for conversations. The bedrooms were well furnished with proper coffee and fresh milk in the fridge.

The location provided amazing views of the river. the beautiful double well chosen things. i found proper coffee and fresh milk in the fridge. Complimentary water and a decanter with gin were also included.

The riverview restaurant is no longer used for breakfast. This was quite disappointing. instead breakfast is served in henry's bar, more pub-like. my bedroom had no seating other than one hard backed chair. This lack of comfort was noticeable.

good stay by the river!

The hotel was well laid out with smaller rooms for conversations and drinks. The beautiful double room overlooked the river and gardens! it was beautifully furnished and included proper coffee with fresh milk in the fridge and complimentary water and a decanter with gin. evening meal was delicious, and the staff was attentive but did not intrude. They were friendly and polite.

I stayed in the newer part of the hotel, and it was very hot. There was no air con. the window only opened a little bit. the room felt tired, and the furniture was sticky. Plus, turning on the heated towel rail to get water pressure for the shower seemed ridiculous!

Henry's offers a limited menu. the food tasted good. a main course did not come as a complete meal because potatoes and greens were extras. the wine selection was good, but it was quite expensive.

the breakfast selection was great. everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, and the variety kept it interesting throughout my stay.

the price i booked at didnt reflect what i ended up paying. they said the price was "from" that amount.
