wonderful stay in paradise

the upgraded room was clean, spacious and well laid out. A complimentary bottle of wine was given on arrival, a lovely touch. The shower was FAB and the pool area is GORGEOUS. the sunset view from the terrace IS amazing.
the breakfast, although quite a large spread, the quality wasn't always amazing. i think it could be improved with more FRESH ingredients. i also think more local options should be available.

the front desk provided a professional welcome. the room was super clean and newly renovated. the pool area was a relaxed space with pleasant background music. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options.
The air conditioning seemed to struggle a bit. It took some time to cool the room.

Wonderful Stay in a Great Location

The reception staff offered a warm welcome. The room was clean. The pool area was wonderful. The manager at the pool bar had a fantastic sense of humor. I enjoyed the live music during dinner. The musicians played the viola and decks. The sunset views from the restaurant are amazing.

The staff were helpful. I saw excellent service from the pool bar manager and the restaurant manager. The lady in the hotel shop can sell bus tickets which is very helpful.

the hotel breakfast had much variety. it was a buffet.
