the staff ensured i had everything i needed, they were very helpful. i appreciated the hand sanitizer stations located throughout the hotel, this enhanced the sense of cleanliness! i also found the location very convenient with shops and restaurants nearby.

The all-inclusive drinks selection lacked clear information. I felt that the included options were not well advertised. a detailed list of included drinks should be available .

the pool was excellent and a simple check in and check out was available. the gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes, catering to fitness needs. there were many activities throughout the day.

The room was nice and it had a nice view. the double room pool view included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. This provided added comfort. air conditioning kept the room cool.

The staff was friendly and helpful. reception staff spoke multiple languages. This facilitated communication. the kid's club was amazing according to other parents, especially the teachers.

this hotel rocks! the location is prime with beaches, shops, and restaurants just a quick walk away. the food options are tasty and plentiful, there's always something new to try. i found the staff super friendly and always ready to help with anything i needed.

the walls feel a bit thin, so i could hear some noise from other rooms sometimes. it wasn't a huge deal, but it did disrupt my afternoon nap once!

the hotel room had a double bed. it also had air conditioning, so the room stayed cool. the snack bar offered really good burgers. i even had spanish style meatballs one night.

the sheets in the room didn't get changed. even when i requested it, they weren't replaced, and they were dirty. the fridge also never worked. there was no way to keep water cold

The hotel rooms has good comfort. The staff seemed pleasant to me. The pool area features comfy sunbeds. I found proximity to shops is quite convenient. The location worked fine for my planned activities. My room was quite big. All things considered I am satisfied.

i had such a blast . the hotel's cleanliness was really something i noticed immediately. the food selection was fantastic too. i especially enjoyed the gala dinner night and those spanish meatballs? oh my gosh! the blonde receptionist was so helpful. she really made the stay even better

honestly the walls are a bit thin so i could hear all the conversations next door. the late checkout situation was also a bit confusing. i asked about it and was told it depended on room availability which i wish had been clearer from the start
