mixed feelings about this stay
high costunsafe floor
the minibar prices felt excessive. items there had a very high cost. also, the bathroom floor design seemed unsafe. it felt easy to slip, and the room lacked slippers. i found this concerning from a safety perspective.
breakfast had good variety location was convenient near the beach
staff seemed poorly informed giving conflicting information about pool spa and restaurant hours hidden costs were a surprise the spa required an additional fee for access that was not clearly communicated beforehand
i found the room to be well-kept and clean. i appreciated the location near the beach. the staff was polite. the hotel provided easy access to transportation options.
The pool area was somewhat crowded during peak hours. It could use more sunbeds.

the location was convenient and easy to access.
i called housekeeping multiple times to have an iron brought up, i never received it! each time i called, the staff was unapologetic and made it seem like i had been mistaken.
