well-kept pool practical addition worn furniture excessive price

the pools were well kept (i noticed they cleaned them every morning). the artificial grass around the pool area was a practical addition.

Our one bedroom apartment felt quite small. the furniture was dated. The beds in particular seemed quite worn. i found the price charged for the room to be excessive considering the condition.

i found the staff attentive, a true delight. the pool area was also a wonderful space, safe and ideal for kids to play independently. carlos and leonardo elevated our stay with their warm and fun activities.

The toddler facilities were great. My son loved the splash pool. leo, the kids entertainer, was also lovely and great with kids! the fresh grill section had great food. apartments were bright and spacious, and getting extra towels was easy.

I requested a ground floor room and safety gate well in advance, but didn't receive them upon arrival. This was frustrating as i traveled with a toddler. it was addressed the following day, but only after i made a fuss. there needs to be a better system for honoring these requests.
