rooftop bar updated facilities pastry selection

the rooftop bar was AMAZING!!! i enjoyed the prosecco and blankets they offered as the sun went down. the hotel updated its facilities and it was very clean. the breakfast had a huge selection of fruit, cereals, and pastries too!!!

the reception area could use a small update.

friendly staff valuable information rooftop views

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. gabriele and juliana were professional and communicative. they provided valuable information which i appreciated. the rooftop terrace offered beautiful views, and i enjoyed a meal there, though i noticed the wait staff did not clear the table from the previous customers before serving my aperitivo.

The outdoor dining area needed more attention to detail. I observed that tables were not always cleaned promptly after previous customers left.

The rooftop restaurant offered amazing views. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. My room included modern amenities. Breakfast had a wide selection. It included gluten-free options. I enjoyed my time at the bar. The drinks were great. I appreciated the very clean room and spacious layout.

The air conditioning system was preset and did not cool the room below 23 degrees, resulting in a very uncomfortable temperature.

The hotel is very close to the train station making it easy to get around. The staff was helpful. The breakfast had many options (including gluten-free items!). The rooftop bar had very nice views.

the rooftop bar offered a decent view so that was acceptable.

The street noise was relentless even with the windows closed. I barely slept. the minibar prices were outrageous. A small bottle of water cost more than a pint of beer at a local pub.
