the location next to the airport is excellent. i found the staff cute and efficient . the breakfast included a good selection of items and was regularly replenished.

the level 2 vending machine was out of order . this was an inconvenience, especially late at night when i needed a quick snack. hopefully, it can be repaired promptly.

the hotel is directly next to the airport, a convenient walk for early flights. the staff at check-in were cute and efficient. i especially appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel, every space was well kept. i found the restaurant to be a very pleasant surprise, and the food was tasty.

the room felt quite warm upon arrival, and it took some time for the temperature to adjust! i had to open a window to help cool it down.

the staff was nice and cute at reception.

The room was not as clean as i expected. i noticed black mold on the tiles in the shower and dirt under the beds (not very appealing). the beds were also uncomfortable. I could feel the springs.

The location is awesome for airport access. Literally across the road from departures! the room had complimentary tea, coffee, water, and biscuits, which i really appreciated. plenty of space to relax, and it was surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the airport, a big plus!

the desk fan was fine, but the room could really use some air conditioning.

the location is undeniably convenient , especially for early morning flights.

i discovered the in-room phone didn't work , a minor issue until i realized the room had no power. the power outage affected the shower . additionally , the explanation at reception about the timing of the outage didn't align with our experience , which i found a bit frustrating.
