i enjoyed the spa garden rooms . there was private access to the spa area from our room. the robes and flip flops provided were a great touch. i found the option to order drinks directly to the hot tub by scanning a barcode convenient.
The pillows were too soft for me. This is a minor detail.

the bed was comfortable enough, and the bathroom included rituals shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. i appreciated these toiletries.
The lack of a fridge in the room was problematic. I needed to store expressed breast milk. while the staff offered to store it in their kitchen, it was inconvenient. upon checkout, my ice packs, also stored by the hotel, were initially lost. i had to leave for my flight without them, only to receive a call later confirming they had been found. this caused considerable stress.
