shower temperatureuncleaned room

the shower temperature was just awful , there was no way to set it to a cooler temperature. i had to wash my face in the sink instead , which was very frustrating. also , i found out that if anything is left on the bed , they won't change the bed. i wasn't told about this and came back to an uncleaned room after leaving a pair of pants on the bed.
