the staff was friendly and professional. the bar setting was beautifully decorated. i enjoyed the saturday night atmosphere in the bar. the hotel was perfectly decorated throughout.

The smell around the corridor was AWFUL. It smelled like dirty drains. it was really strong. the whole place needed a good clean.

the mattress in my room was softer than expected. i seemed like i was sleeping on an air bed. this made it difficult for me to get a restful night's sleep.

my room felt cold. there was no heating for the hotel. the towel rail in the bathroom did not work. the carpets in my room were not vacuumed well at all.

the shower temperature was just awful , there was no way to set it to a cooler temperature. i had to wash my face in the sink instead , which was very frustrating. also , i found out that if anything is left on the bed , they won't change the bed. i wasn't told about this and came back to an uncleaned room after leaving a pair of pants on the bed.
