The staff explained where to find everything easily I was very happy. Check in was quick the process was really efficient. The room had a great size and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was lovely staff working in the breakfast room were great too

The family room was spacious but a bit dated it could use some updates. The weather was windy and we could see the bathroom ceiling lifting. Buying swimming hats was unexpected new hats were not cheap

the staff were very helpful and friendly. the room was a good size. breakfast was very tasty. plenty of parking was available.

the vegetarian and vegan food choices were limited. a plant-based burger was the main option, and it was not good. the non-meat choices did not compare to the meat options.

the food in the spa and gym was a high standard, i'll give them that.

The late check-in at 4pm was annoying. the noisy rooms were a major problem. I specifically asked for a quiet room. children ran up and down the corridor late at night, banging doors woke me up, and a karaokee session at 2.30am from the next room was the last straw. the porter had to bang on their door to get them to stop. I really didn't expect this.

Fantastic Family Fun!

Our family enjoyed complimentary kids' packs when we arrived I thought that was a superb touch. The kids club kept everyone entertained. We all loved the food served during our first night it was really good with quick service. The hotel's location made it simple to explore fun family activities too.

I was quite disappointed to learn I had to pay for swim caps for the pool. It would have been a nice gesture if they were complimentary. This unexpected cost did detract a bit from an otherwise good experience.

I noticed the fitness center has modern equipment including treadmills stationary bikes and weight machines for a complete workout. The pool is large and inviting with a dedicated children's area and also some nice sauna and jacuzzi's.

My recent visit for my wedding anniversary was wonderful. It brought back so many happy memories! The beautiful double room was immaculate with a very nice layout. I particularly loved the modern decor and the convenient coffee machine. The staff provided two complimentary bottles of water. It was very appreciated. Breakfast had a good selection. The buffet was tasty.

There was slight noise from a nearby event. It disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.
