The hotel staff were very helpful. They looked after me from arrival to departure. The room was stocked with water, hot drinks and biscuits.
My room was quite small and basic. There could be a bit of sport activities. The location is a ten minute walk from the city centre.

fantastic stay!
friendly staff super clean room comfy bed
every staff member from check-in was super friendly and chatty. the room, a double room room only, was huge and super clean. they even left halloween treats. the bed and pillows were the comfiest i have ever slept on in any hotel. breakfast was very good too and the hotel is near lots of places to check out.

the staff were attentive and helpful with all requests. restaurant staff are super professional, cute, and friendly. they were always available to answer questions or provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options and i love that.

the room was spacious and very clean with modern decor. fresh towels were provided daily, and the bed linens were crisp. i found the room temperature comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a great sleep every night.

the hotel offers a charming bar, especially at night. live music added to the ambiance. it's a great addition for a relaxed evening without leaving the premises. the hotel is close to many attractions.

it's a short walk from the botanic train station making travel easy. the hotel is in a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and i find it very interesting. plus, there's a bus stop right outside.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff proved helpful and friendly upon arrival. The central location made getting around simple.
The door lock was a bit faulty.

clogged bathroom sink toilet problems
I discovered sink in the bathroom was almost completely clogged. There were also problems with the toilet. I informed the hotel, and staff promised to look into it, but nothing changed.
