look, i get it, places need updates. but the decor was seriously old school. i mean, its not the end of the world, but it reminded me of stepping back into a time capsule and i found the breakfast cold. so cold that i wondered whether it was even cooked. it could be better for that price.

i really enjoyed the lovely flowers as soon as i entered. sinead, the receptionist, was very cute and friendly. ashlay, the bar attendant, also provided great service. we had a delicious hot chicken dinner with quick service.

the hotel was a bit expensive. i ordered carbonara. it had mushrooms, which weren't mentioned on the menu

I recently celebrated my wedding here, and i must say, everything was fantastic! the team was so helpful. I felt nothing was too much trouble for them. the atmosphere was calm and relaxed, exactly what i wanted for our special day. i had done a lot of the decorations myself, and the staff set everything up just as i envisioned, made the morning stress-free.

the price discrepancy for the same drinks between the front bar and the main room was slightly off, but it didn't dampen my spirits!

Our suite had lovely pieces of furniture. I appreciated the spacious feel. there was a super clean walk-in shower. It worked great. the room felt large and very comfortable.

the food was super. all the guests commented how much they had enjoyed their meal. a staff member, maddy, was fabulous in running the whole event. she really cared that we all had a great experience.

the bed was quite hard. the pillows were quite uncomfortable. toiletries looked cheap and unusable. there was no room service after the kitchen closed.

The staff were the best i've ever encountered! fiona leads an excellent team, and the receptionist was wonderfully happy. i accidentally broke a bottle, and the barman swept it up with a smile. he was more concerned about getting me a replacement drink. What a champ!
