Acceptable Stay at the Hotel

smooth check-in process extensive wine list body massage online photos uncomfortable bed interrupted night

The staff at the reception provided a smooth check-in process. The hotel restaurant offered fantastic food with an extensive wine list. Spa treatments included a full body massage, I enjoyed them thoroughly.

My room looked nothing like the photos online I felt disappointed. I found the bed in my room not very comfortable. There seemed to be a lot of noise around until 3am I had an interrupted night's sleep.

uneven experience

slow bar service substandard sandwich

I encountered a couple of issues . the bar service was slow, with only one person working and a considerable wait time to get a drink, i found that disappointing. additionally, the ham and mustard sandwich i ordered was substandard. Two slices of cheap white bread with processed ham. it was definitely not worth the price paid.

stock photos terrible attitude

the food was spot on. i will happily recommend it to others.

The receptionist said photos on the website are 'stock photos'. the manager said the room types listed are purely on size, not what the room looks like.. it's misselling when the room looks nothing like the photos. he shrugged it off with it's only a table and chair. This attitude was terrible and somewhat patronising.
