The room was not great (especially the bathroom). The wall-mounted bathroom heater was noisy and smelled strongly of burning. It was also the coldest room I've ever stayed in.

the room was very clean, and i had a very nice shower (i really appreciated the water pressure!). the staff were super polite and helpful, they clearly pointed out all the exits.

i thought the noise levels were quite high during the night, which disturbed my sleep.

The friendliness of the staff was excellent and so helpful. the food at the restaurant tasted delicious and had good value. Luckily, i could enjoy it at the decking area! my room had everything needed for the visit. It included lovely hand soap and moisturiser!

the bar area was crowded , made it slightly difficult to find a seat.
