I enjoyed the wide breakfast choices that were available. The heating system worked efficiently. It was easy to control and completely silent. The bathroom had a very efficient towel rail. It kept our towels cozy.

The parking situation caused absolute nightmares. I gave the front desk the rental car registration. We received a fee from Britannia Parking. Now, I am jumping through hoops with Britannia Parking. The rental company charged an admin fee because of the parking fee.

I found convenient free parking available. The check-in process was efficient, and the receptionist greeted me warmly! A portable radiator was provided and it worked effectively. My room was very comfy and tidy. I must commend Leavi for maintaining a sparkling, modern bathroom with quality toiletries.

The air conditioning system seemed non-functional. I detected odd noises inside the room.
