a mixed experience with some issues

The room felt quite neglected. the bathroom was in similar or worse condition. Upon arrival, we reported a broken hot water tap, and they said it couldn't be fixed. there was no apology or offer of another room, even though the hotel was supposedly fully booked. our window faced a messy kitchen patio. Looking out was rather unpleasant.
