i appreciated the staff who were genuinely helpful. the hotel's location was central. breakfast included a varied selection of continental options. the room was quiet. i felt secure because of the central location and access to nearby river walks
The room had some outdated furnishings. This was a minor issue though.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist with any questions i had. the location was ideal for exploring the city. I could easily walk to all the main attractions. my double room with a private bathroom was very comfy and tidy. the breakfast had a good selection, setting me up well for the day ahead.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, placing me right in the heart of everything. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful at all times. My room was super clean. Housekeeping did a wonderful job maintaining its cleanliness. The biscuits for the coffee and tea maker were replenished daily, which I greatly appreciated.
The walls seemed a bit thin at times.

The location was superb. Everything felt close. the reception staff was helpful with luggage storage before check-in, this was really convenient. i found the bed comfortable and the room ideal for exploring the city, it was a great base.
the room i had faced the street and it was quite noisy at night. it was difficult to sleep with the street noise, even with the windows closed. i think better soundproofing is needed!

the location was great, right on the main street, but surprisingly quiet. a good continental breakfast was available each morning. the staff looked after my luggage for several hours after i had checked out. this was really helpful.
