The location was convenient, right by the train station! staff were accommodating. They stored my luggage while i took a side trip. the breakfast room, on the top floor, offered fine views of the town. i really enjoyed my mornings there.

the staff gave excellent service. i appreciate the helpful reception i received. the room was very clean with a comfortable bed. breakfast had good value for money, and a good selection was available.

the room got very stuffy when i shut the windows. it was also really noisy at night.

the location was very convenient, especially being close to lille flanders station. the staff allowed me to store my luggage when i took a side trip. the breakfast room offered a lovely view from the top floor, i was charmed. the rooms were clean and warm.

the lift could have been a little larger. i found that there could be improvements made.
