Dining and Drinks
The Huxley opens at 8 AM, serving traditional and Scottish dishes. It also serves burgers, hotdogs, and small plates. The Huxley is open until 1 AM and offers beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails. Kyloe Restaurant & Grill serves Aberdeen Angus steak from Hardiesmill Farm in the Scottish Borders. An à la carte menu of Scottish produce is also available. Kyloe opens for lunch at 12 PM, with the full menu available until 10 PM Sunday-Thursday, and until 11 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Heads and Tales gin emporium serves gins and dim sum. The lounge bar provides a space for pre-dinner drinks.
Leisure and Entertainment
Kyloe's Private Dining room caters to parties of 10 to 20 guests, and includes a Bose surround sound audio system and a 63' HD/3D TV. Heads and Tales gin emporium features private booths and coves. Some booths have music access.

The Rutland Hotel & Apartments is in New Town, near boutiques and eateries. It is located at the corner of Shandwick Place and Lothian Road, just off Princes Street, near Edinburgh Castle. The apartments are a 9 minute walk from Edinburgh's main conference hub at the EICC. Waverley and Haymarket train stations are 10 minutes away. The tram line provides transport from the airport. Driving from Edinburgh Airport, follow the A8 to the City Centre. A car park is nearby.
