The hotel had high-quality furnishings throughout. The staff were very helpful, both at the hotel and at the affiliated restaurant. I enjoyed dinner, drinks and breakfast there. The location was PERFECT to explore. Everything was just a short walk away.

The coffee cups in the room were quite small. I would have preferred a larger mug.

This hotel is in a perfect location. EVERYTHING was 10/10. The hotel is just a short walk up to the castle. It is also situated between two tram stops. This provides easy access to the airport.

The affiliated restaurant had a good Scottish breakfast. I even received a discount as a guest. The food was AMAZING!!! The bar staff were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend having dinner there.

Really good Hotel Experience!

I appreciated the fantastic central location. The room offered great space. I especially enjoyed the really comfortable bed in my room. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was amazing!!!

The coffee cups in the room were somewhat small. I would have liked a larger mug.

I got a castle view room. It was beautifully decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with luggage assistance. The location was VERY central, easing access to various attractions.

The coffee cups in the room were quite small, though this is a MINOR issue.

This hotel includes a restaurant named 'The Huxley'. It had delicious meals. There were interesting offers. I also liked that I was allocated a one bed apartment, not just a room. The apartment was luxurious and spacious.

I noticed an open bottle at the mini bar upon arrival. I notified reception shortly after check in. They said it would be resolved, but it was not. I called back later because a payment was taken out of my account.
