I found the staff really helpful upon arrival. A great team assisted with check-in. the manager secured a dinner reservation at the restaurant, as it was almost fully booked. This proved wonderful. my room included a smeg mini fridge and a nespresso machine. i liked the inclusion of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the shower.
The room got very hot, so i had to keep the window open constantly. This made it quite loud because of street noise.

The staff offered excellent customer service. They were polite and helpful with all requests. the manager were pretty good too ensure i had the best possible experience. I felt very grateful.

I found the restaurant and bar downstairs nicely decorated. the bar had a really nice vibe. Others were there celebrating. the food exceeded my expectations. It tasted excellent.

The location was central, a very convenient aspect. i found the staff friendly and helpful. the room included some nice extras. Straighteners were available along with a fridge.
The room was located on the ground floor. the window faced a back street, this meant people could see directly into the room. we had to keep the blackout curtains closed for privacy reasons. The room became quite dark with only three small lamps providing light.

The location is unbeatable. The room had a coffee machine and a kettle. a fridge stocked very well. The bathroom was spacious, including lovely toiletries, I felt very pampered.
I received a reply from the hotel several days later, but only after I had already checked out, this was inconvenient.

The hotel room offered a coffee machine. It also had a well stocked fridge. I found large fluffy white towels. Straighteners and a hairdryer were available.
