helpful staffsilky underweartin foil
i found silky underwear on the floor of my room , which was not at all what i expected. i also had tin foil in my cooked breakfast , which was really off-putting. i complained about both issues but honestly , the small bottle of prosecco and chocolates they gave me only were great.

cleanliness standardcomforting featurespark surroundings
the reception staff welcomed me warmly and provided thorough information at check-in. i found the room cleanliness excellent the room also had comforting features. the grounds had park-like surroundings which was quite pleasant to walk through.
the parking area was somewhat limited i found it a little challenging to locate an available space

the hotel location is quiet with lots of greenery it is close to the holyrood park. bus stops are a short walk from the hotel allowing easy access to the city centre. arthurs seat is situated close by.

The location was very convenient for accessing nearby attractions. the staff was helpful . the room was clean. It included a mini-fridge and a coffee maker, convenient. i appreciated the quietness of the hotel, particularly at night.
the gym was somewhat small, it only had a limited selection of equipment.
