we received an upgrade from a 1-bed to a 2-bed apartment. the apartment had everything i could need and was very spacious. the breakfast basket had excellent value, overall. it made the start to the day very easy.
the bathroom needs some maintenance. it was functional but definitely showing some wear.

the location is ideal, especially for the christmas market! waverly station is about a 3-minute walk from the hotel. i found the location was superb! though parking was expensive.

the staff was very helpful and available 24/7 at the reception. when the dryer didn't work, staff allowed us to use theirs. they quickly provided extra soap when we requested it.

the allocated apartment was located on level -3. this meant a view of only the bridge structure. noise from deliveries starting at 6 am disturbed my sleep. i found this unacceptable.

the noise from the nearby station was noticeable at times. it did disturb our peace in the evenings, impacting our overall sleep quality.

The location was excellent. I found it easy to walk to many central sites. The shower had fantastic water pressure (a dream!). Luxurious towels and sheets were provided.
The windows lacked screens. Flies came inside when I opened them for fresh air. The pillows felt too big and hard.
