my room was recently refurbished and very spacious. the views were beautiful and i enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.

the steep hill leading to the hotel made walking slightly challenging for me.

the hotel provides easy access to the city centre. there is a large car park available . the hotel is situated near many golf courses as well as some nice beaches, including one in broughty ferry that offers lifeguards.

the leisure center was great, i used the pool for hours. the breakfast had a wide selection, i tried so many things. the staff was mostly pleasant, it was easy to ask for help.

i booked a king room, i asked for twin beds. the room was not great and not comfortable. the evening meal was shocking, the presentation was poor. the receptionist didn't ask how my stay was, i found this curt.

the location worked fine for what i needed.

The spa charged extra for use. I found that ridiculous. the equipment looked outdated too (something out of the 80s, really). i tried to get dinner in the restaurant one night, but they said they couldn't seat me for an hour even though it was empty. i ended up ordering before sitting down and was done within 35 minutes. It was so strange.

The breakfast was amazing!!! it had everything on offer. the rooms were gorgeous, very clean, and comfortable. the staff were excellent too. They honestly could not have been better.

Unfortunately, our room wasn't ideal. It initially had an overwhelming smell. i had to call reception anyway because we'd also been overcharged on our bill. it was doubly uncomfortable.
