wow, it was very very comfy and tidy. the location is ideal! we had a lovely welcome and it was really friendly. the room had many usb points so charging devices was quick!
the bar was a little unfriendly, there were no smiles!

this hotel is in a great area away from the touristy hustle. a beautiful park overlooks the hotel, the meadows is close by. i love that i can walk to the castle, it is within reasonable distance!

i found this hotel to be pretty good. the room size was ample for me. also, i noticed the tea and coffee making facilities were there with bottled water provided. it was a nice touch, really.
my one concern involves the noise levels, since i could hear a lot of sounds.

i found the location superb, especially for access to local shops. the staff were helpful arranging taxis when needed. the breakfasts offered a good selection, i tried many veggie options. i really appreciated the tunnock's tea cakes available at reception.
i found a lack of plugs near the mirror which was slightly annoying when trying to get ready in the morning.

The room was a superior double room, and i appreciated the bathrobes. They felt plush against my skin. the breakfast included cooked options made to order, and the quality impressed me. the hotel location is very nice, and there is green space nearby. We loved the park across the street, but the bus stop was also close.
The water pressure in the shower wasn't great. It made showering a bit less enjoyable.

The room was spacious. It was an executive double room. a nespresso coffee machine was a great addition!!! the breakfast was amazing and the staff were kind and attentive.
