Staff was friendly, and they helped me with requests. The location felt secluded thanks to the grounds surrounding the hotel.
The room was little small for the price I payed each night. The bathroom had some dirty bits, specially the shower screen.

The pool was warm, and I enjoyed the facility. The gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes. There is also a sauna available to guests .

Reception staff was lovely, one of your biggest assets. Breakfast had plenty choice and service friendly. All staff in hotel gave really good service from reception, to bar and event staff.

the staff were friendly and helpful i found their attentiveness noteworthy i liked the breakfast i found fresh items available each morning there was also a good selection of food. the hotel had charm i appreciated the overall aesthetic of the building.
the room i had was quite hot and there was no air conditioning i had difficulty opening the window fully which did little to alleviate the heat the bathroom had a strange smell it was not the most pleasant experience the furniture looked dated i noticed that the carpets and windows looked old too.

The room felt a bit stuffy, even though the radiators were off. I think it was just the location above the kitchens. It was annoying! The noise from the kitchen fans made it hard to sleep. I did report it, but the receptionist acted like it was normal. Talk about unhelpful!
