The hotel is near Waverley station. I appreciated the easy access. The location is also close to attractions. The room was a great size, clean, and comfortable. I found the breakfast area spacious.
The sonic insulation was not ideal. I could hear noise from other guests. It did disturb my sleep somewhat.

The location was excellent. It was a short walk to many attractions. the included breakfast offered a nice variety of options, including both hot and cold items. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with questions or requests. my room included a double bed, a separate seating area, and good blackout curtains.
The room was quite warm. I could not fully control the temperature.

The location was indeed very convenient. It was only a couple of minutes from the high street and the royal mile. The rooms were basic, yet pleasant.
The room lighting was very poor. There was NO drawer or wardrobe available. The lift was erratic and had no logic to its stops.

i found the breakfast selection quite satisfying with plenty of options. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist, i felt very welcome. the hotel provided convenient luggage storage before check-in, a service i greatly appreciated. the location was superb, offering easy access to many attractions.
the room looked somewhat dark to me, it could benefit from brighter lighting.
