The bed was MASSIVE. We really loved the space. The bathroom was super clean. The shower was amazing.

The rooms were not soundproof. It was hard to get any sleep. The rug was wet when i checked in. I barely got any sleep with the noises from outside and the other room.

The staff were amazing. They really put in effort for the Swifties. We got welcome drinks and a nice gift bag.

The room was overly modern with a complicated control panel. It took a while just to figure out the lights. the TV screen had some issues. It was green the next morning!

the hotel was clean and modern. i also found the breakfast to be good (especially the croissants!).

the absence of natural light. additionally, the air conditioning didn't work well, so the room remained too warm throughout the night. this made it difficult to sleep well.
