fantastic stay!

tasty food modern equipment late check-out helpful staff

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! i found the food tasty and plentiful. the gym has modern equipment and everything was clean. i liked the birthday package i ordered. It included late check-out and prosecco. the staff were really helpful throughout my stay.

the minibar was quite small. i wish it had a bit more space for personal items.

awesome hotel experience!

fresh option quiet room

The breakfast selection was very nice. There were so many options available and everything tasted fresh! i really loved the spacious room. The premium queen room included a comfortable bed and lots of pillows. it was really quiet. the hotel location is great.

cramped room inconvenient hairdryer

The room i had felt cramped. Stepping over luggage became a daily routine. also, i found it annoying that the hairdryer couldn't be used in the bathroom. i had to dry my hair in the bedroom area. it was inconvenient and a bit of a design flaw, if you ask me.

friendly staff clean room good selection unresolved issue provided voucher automated service

the staff were cute and friendly. my room was clean. the breakfast offered a good selection of items.

the receptionist advised us that we would get complimentary vouchers as an apology, BUT they never provided them. before traveling, i tried to phone the hotel directly. it was impossible to speak to anyone directly, ONLY getting an automated customer service.
