The room i had felt cramped. Stepping over luggage became a daily routine. also, i found it annoying that the hairdryer couldn't be used in the bathroom. i had to dry my hair in the bedroom area. it was inconvenient and a bit of a design flaw, if you ask me.

the staff were cute and friendly. my room was clean. the breakfast offered a good selection of items.

the receptionist advised us that we would get complimentary vouchers as an apology, BUT they never provided them. before traveling, i tried to phone the hotel directly. it was impossible to speak to anyone directly, ONLY getting an automated customer service.
