fantastic stay close to everything
convenient location spacious room polite staff
i found the location convenient (tram stop was very close). the room was upgraded, offering ample space and a spotlessly clean bathroom. the staff were very polite and always ready to help with any requests i had.
the staircase to the second floor was quite steep (no elevator).

small room uncomfortable mattress
The location was good for my needs. (I needed to be close to a specific venue.)
My room was small. I also found the mattress uncomfortable and could feel the bed base when sitting. The bathroom was tiny with limited space to move around the toilet to get to the shower.

i checked in early, it was great. the room was spacious and had everything i needed. walking to the shops was easy.
the heating makes a lot of noise and the rooms aren't sound-proof.

wonderful stay!
convenient location friendly staff
i found the location convenient, especially as it was so close to public transport! the friendly staff allowed me to leave my luggage after checking out, a great help for my travel plans. the staff was attentive to our needs.
the lack of a lift was a bit inconvenient, especially with my luggage, i had to climb several flights of stairs to reach my room. it would be great if they could address this issue .

The cosy double room featured a comfortable bed and a well kept bathroom. the room size was adequate for a short stay and included standard amenities like a tv and tea and coffee making facilities. the cleanliness of the room was perfect. The bed was neatly made, and the surfaces were dust-free.

luggage storage was available, which i appreciated after checking out! the proximity to the bus station and shopping centre made exploring the area easy. the staff were responsive, addressing my requests promptly and efficiently and ensuring that i felt valued as a guest.

the staff offered excellent service and maintained cleanliness throughout the premises. communication with the hotel proved efficient and helpful, especially when i mentioned mobility concerns before my arrival. the team provided a room with minimal stairs.
