The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I asked for a specific room and this request was met. Breakfast was also very good. I enjoyed the variety of items available.
The shower had little pressure. I also noticed a lack of electrical sockets. There were not enough pillows provided. These are minor issues though.

The food at the hotel REALLY was great! The bar evening meal was tasty and the breakfast offered a great selection. The location proved excellent for breaking my journey. The dog-friendly room was especially large and being on the ground floor, it was very convenient for quick access outside.
The room felt slightly dated and could use a little updating.

The staff welcomed me in a friendly manner. My room had been newly updated with white bedding. I had dinner in Jocks Bar. The food was very tasty. Breakfast was great. The produce tasted high quality and cooked to a very high standard.
