The room was clean and spacious, appreciated.

The SPA was smaller than expected. There was only one small hamam and two small saunas. I also found the staff to be unfriendly, especially the lady who discharged me. I booked breakfast, BUT, they charged money from my credit card WITHOUT me even using it.

The breakfast was quite good (i especially liked the variety of breads). The room had good sound insulation. I did not hear any noise from outside or from other rooms. The room design felt modern and clean.

The spa area was rather small. It lacked both a plunge pool and an indoor pool. I also noticed the outdoor seating area was right next to the parking lot. This was not ideal.
