The hotel's location worked very well. It is close to many attractions. The staff was also very helpful. Elton was attentive. I found that very admirable.

I noticed the room lacked soundproofing. Street noise was audible late into the night. I also observed that the minibar was empty. This was not what I expected.

The location was very convenient for seeing the city center.

I found the room cleanliness to be lacking and it negatively affected my stay. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly upon arrival. The receptionist was also the person responsible for cleaning rooms, which seems inefficient and could explain the oversight.

The bathroom was not clean upon arrival, I finded feces. The receptionist, who also handled cleaning, admitted they didn't take their time, but I received no apology. The staff wasn't happy to answer questions and didn't seem eager to help. I felt difficult to ask for assistance. It was unwelcome.

I found the room spacious with new furniture. The location is excellent for walking to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building appears clean and refreshing.

The thermostat did not work for my room.
