lovely gem in brussels
lobby decorfresh waterbig bed
the lobby decor and public areas showed beautiful attention to detail. the hotel provided free fresh water, a VERY useful touch. our room faced the botanical garden and was very pristine. i found it easy to oversleep in the big bed.

Stylish Hotel with Minor Issues

The hotel decor featured a lovely plant theme and the beds were comfortable. The lounge and restaurant area suited the theme well. There was also sparkling water available in the hallway! The staff fulfilled my request for a quiet room with a good view.
The room was far too hot and I complained. No feedback was given on whether they tried to address the problem, and it was certainly not fixed. They provide an empty bottle so you can fill it yourself at a tap on the floor instead of providing water in the room.

The design was quite striking. I found the self check-in and check-out process very convenient. I also appreciated the water bottle filling stations on every floor (a great touch!). The location proved handy for exploring.
The room seemed too warm, and I didn't get an update on any attempted fixes.

The super clean gym was well-lit and well-equipped, with a range of machines for cardio and strength training. I noticed it included multiple treadmills, stationary bikes, and weightlifting equipment, thus meeting diverse fitness needs. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

The room included a comfortable bed and the cleanliness was noticeable. I found the room to have lovely decoration and it faced the Botanical Garden, made for a pleasant view from a big window. The provided amenities met my needs.
