The location was excellent. I was only a short walk from the brussels midi station after taking the euro star train. the staff were very helpful and friendly . my room was well-kept and the bed was very comfortable, perfect for resting after a long journey..

i noticed the absence of many restaurants in the area, which limited my dining options nearby. i preferred to have more choices within walking distance from the hotel.

the staff was helpful. there was a good selection of items for breakfast.. i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit. our room included a bath, which i found quite relaxing after a long day of travel.

the air conditioning in our room did not function. opening the window resulted in noise and pollution from street traffic. i also found a limited number of restaurants in the immediate area.

the room was spacious and comfortable. the hotel provided a brita filter and fresh drinking water station in the lobby.. very useful. i left my luggage for hours after checkout and the staff brought it out quickly. the location is close to the station.

the area around the hotel wasn't the nicest. i noticed some trash and the metro view was not very appealing. i would not like to walk around at night.

untrained stafffaulty equipment

I found some issues. I could not charge my electric car. The staff had no knowledge of the equipment, bad. They didn't seem to even try to help me. I tried different charge point cards, but none activated the charge points. It was frustrating because I chose this hotel for that reason.
