the hotel had a great location. it was easy to walk to many sights within 5 to 10 minutes. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast had an excellent choice of food.
i encountered an issue with the air conditioning panel control. it was hard to adjust the temperature! in one room, it felt too cold.

i found the breakfast wonderful. it featured many options. The room was also large, which i appreciated.
The hotel lacked hot water on the second day of my stay. Management mentioned a water issue, but did not offer compensation. The coffee machine also did not work that day. It seemed to have issues perforating the nespresso knock-offs.

The hotel is close to the metro. grand place is within walking distance! many restaurants are also nearby. the rooftop garden features a superb panoramic view. the location is perfect for shopping. Belgian waffles and fries are just about 200 meters away.
i found the breakfast crowded. a portion of the breakfast room remained closed. it is not my responsibility to correct hotel problems! they charged me twice for extra breakfast and claimed both rooms were booked as single, but that was not true.

the room was spacious and clean. i stayed on the fifth floor and the view was nice. the room included thick blackout curtains plus an iron. the bed was very comfortable!

breakfast had many options available. there was a live omelet station, that i loved. it takes place on the ninth floor offering an awesome view. the breakfast team tried to know our allergies, a charming touch.

the location was acceptable as it was close to amenities.
the room i booked was not the room i received i had expected a superior room but it felt more like a standard one the walls looked stained also the door did not lock properly there were issues with the handle
