annemarie booked it, fabulous. everyone was so friendly, like the front desk team with laoibhse or the housekeeping even a painter. tereasa and caroline at breakfast are great, breakfast is important since it makes last impression. the hotel itself was beautifully kept, bedrooms look fine and clean. hotel is close to dublin city with a bus stop right outside, is great.

i did find my shower would not work good without spreading water all over. towels feel cheap and small. my bath was too small too, and it a studio.

the staff were helpful at check-in and quickly changed our room to a ground floor when they saw my husband's knee surgery (very thoughtful). the room was quite comfortable for the duration of our stay. parking was ample and conveniently close to the hotel entrance.

Our room faced an air-conditioning unit. It was quite noisy overnight (difficult to sleep).

The reception staff was helpful. The food was delicious during both breakfast and dinner services. The bus stop to Dublin city center is located just outside the hotel. I found the rooms very comfy and tidy, and the breakfast buffet was great.

The room lacked air conditioning and fans. I also found no ice or fridge available.
