The room was not great. The pillows were hard. I could hear noise from other guests really clearly. The blackout curtains did not block much light. This made it difficult to sleep well.

the receptionist greeted me warmly! she provided maps and bus route information. my room was very super clean and cozy. the private garden featured beautiful flowers and buzzing bees.
the shower head was fixed, which presented a slight challenge for shorter individuals like myself.

the hotel is a short bus ride to the center, also about twenty minutes from the airport. the area is a quiet neighborhood close to the city centre. many bus stops were nearby for travellers without a car.

wonderful aspectsreception staffearly transport
reception staff including elizabeth, skiadre, and ranjith provided assistance with directions. they helped arrange early morning transport. the staff exhibited empathy when i lost my cell phone.
The room's decor felt slightly dated. This is my only minor note.
