minor issues detracted from the stay

noisy air conditionermissing slippers
The room faced an inner courtyard. it overlooked a fire escape. the bright lights shone directly into the room. i had to keep the curtains closed. also, the air conditioner buzzed loudly all night. This was really annoying. the lack of slippers was disappointing too. honestly, i expected better.
