convenient and clean stay
friendly staff comfortable bed free parking coffee facilities
the staff was friendly especially at reception i got a double room it was clean and the bed was comfortable parking was free and readily available i found that very useful for my rental car. the bar food was good after a long drive the hotel's location made it easy to get back on the road to continue my journey. the room had tea and coffee making facilities plus fresh towels daily so i felt right at home.
the walls seemed thin i could hear doors closing at night

reception staff provided quick assistance the team was responsive to requests i had . the check in process was efficient and helpful staff were available at all times. i found the front desk team very attentive.

stale smoke thin walls
The breakfast was okay (I've had better). At least the parking was free.
My room smelled of stale smoke. I'm not even sure smoking is allowed. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything in the hallway.

friendly staff breakfast options easy bus convenient parking
the staff were cheerful and ready to assist. breakfast offered many choices and was tasty. i found it easy to get into the city using local bus services. parking was available and convenient.
The room i had was a bit compact, and the shower felt small. Turning around to wash was difficult. it would have been better with more space.

i noticed that staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. reception staff were very cute. one staff member went out of his way to assist an elderly guest during breakfast, showing great kindness.

charmed by comfort and convenience!
friendly staff free carparking
i found the staff really friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. the free carparking was very convenient and gave me peace of mind. it was interesting to stay in a hotel with such a rich history. the price was surprisingly affordable too!!!
i found the toilet seat broken and saw some grime in the shower. the dated aspects were a bit disappointing.

decent stay OVERALL
clean room comfortable bed small bedroom traffic noise
my room was clean and lovely. the bathroom tiles were clean TOO. the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. the carvery had a good variety of foods, SO that was nice.
my room lacked extra soaps. I also found the bedroom small. the traffic made TOO much noise. The sliding window did not reduce the sound much.

The bedroom was warm. Natalia and her staff made it super clean. I enjoyed the beautiful trees in the garden with wildlife. A large parking area provided convenience.
