The staff was very helpful and friendly. This made check-in quite smooth. the room had everything i needed for my overnight stay before an early flight. i woke up feeling rested after a good night's sleep. the breakfast was great. The variety and quality were good.

i found this a little confusing at first, though i was happy with the upgrade. there was a slight issue with the airport shuttle, but it was resolved quickly.
