location is great for city exploration. my room was a decent size plus i found the receptionist really friendly and helpful at all times. the big room had equipment for making both tea and coffee which was good for mornings. i could not hear any noise from the nightclub below.

i wasn't aware i must give a security deposit. the sum of €100 is taken immediately if paying with a card. the refund process takes over 24 hours to reflect back. this detail was not communicated upfront.
